Quick Launch

Optum will be our new behavioral health partner in 2019

We’re excited to announce that we have selected Optum as our new behavioral health partner starting on January 1, 2019. Partnering with Optum will allow us to expand access to high-quality behavioral health services for our members. They have one of the largest behavioral health networks in the U.S.

3 things to know about the change to Optum

  • We are working closely with Optum to ensure a smooth transition for any members who are using mental health and substance use services.
  • The change to Optum is not related to our transition to AllWays Health Partners. But they are both part of our efforts to keep your needs at the center of everything we do.
  • Your new AllWays Health Partners member ID card will arrive in December. On the back, it will have a new customer service phone number for Optum. You can begin calling Optum for mental health and substance use services on January 1, 2019.

How do I access behavioral health services?

You do not need a referral from your PCP to seek mental health services. To find a provider for the rest of 2018, visit our current partner, Beacon Health Strategies.

To find a provider for 2019, search the DoctorSmart Directory.
