"Workplace diversity is an integral counterpart of any successful organization," said Derr. "I am honored to share NHP's experience in developing a more diverse workplace with the Massachusetts National Guard."

"NHP is strongly committed to workplace diversity," said Deborah Enos, president and CEO. "We have become more creative and responsive to the needs of our membership because of the plurality of backgrounds and experience of our employees."
The annual National Guard Diversity Training Conference brings together National Guard diversity practitioners, senior leaders, and command teams to strengthen their working knowledge and technical skills.
