Grievances and Appeals
As a Member of NHP, your satisfaction is important to us. If you feel you had an unsatisfactory experience with NHP, Beacon, or with any of our contracted Providers, you have the right to file a Grievance, which is a way to show that you are not satisfied with your experience.
