For the NHP Commonwealth Care Plan, NHP has developed a high-quality network to serve our members, comprised of community health centers and other primary medical groups such as Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates. 160 primary care practices and over 1000 primary care doctors are part of the NHP Select Network. The NHP Select Network is searchable through the nhp.org Primary Care Directory. The Mass League of Community Health Centers will be our partner in delivering accessible, quality, community-responsive health care.
