For information about signing up for the plan, call The Connector, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. at 1.877.MA.ENROLL (1.877.623.6765).

Please note that in order to sign up for NHP Commonwealth Care, you must go through the Connector application process.
