The NHP Select Network was developed to offer lower premium costs by developing a select, high quality primary care network comprised of community health centers and other primary medical groups such as Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates. 160 primary care practices and over 1000 primary care doctors are part of the NHP Select Network. The NHP Select Network is searchable through the nhp.org Primary Care Directory.
Commonwealth Choice members can change their Primary Care Provider up to three times per year.
Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates, with 23 locations in the Greater Boston area, has joined NHP to offer high quality care through both the NHP Comprehensive and NHP Select provider networks.
