276-277 Companion Guide Information

This companion guide has been prepared as a Neighborhood Health Plan specific companion guide to the 276/277 transaction sets. It supplements but does not contradict any requirements in the 276/ 277 version 4010a Implementation Guide.

The primary purpose of the companion guide is to assist the user with the submission of a valid 276/277 healthcare services review transaction and receipt of a valid 276/277 healthcare services response transaction.
