Pediatric Care Management

The Pediatric Care Management Program was created to address the health care needs of members under 20 years of age.

The Pediatric Care Manager is there to provide education, coordinate and facilitate care, and works to link families to special resources and programs.

Parent Consultant

Our Parent Consultant is the parent of a child with special health care needs. She has personal experience in caring for her own child and understands the concerns other parents might have about their child. The PRN line is designed to provide Massachusetts residents with information, referral and support regarding child and adolescent behavioral health issues. Adolescents and parents alike are encouraged to use the PRN line. Professionals working with children can also refer adolescents and parents to the line.
