Email communication is available as a convenient way for members to contact NHP. When using email, please avoid sending personal/confidential information. If you want to discuss details that include private information such as details about members' health, please email your phone number, and we will call you back as soon as possible. If you need an immediate answer to your question, please contact NHP by calling the Member Service Center at 1-800-462-5449 (toll-free) 1-800-655-1761 (TTY).

NHP is committed to protecting the privacy of patients and their families. We will not send confidential information about the health of you or your family over the internet.
